We ship to all parts of India using our courier partner Delhivery
Shipping charges
- For orders below Rs. 1,000 -> Shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable
- For orders above Rs. 1,000 -> Free Shipping
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Within Mumbai: ~ 2 days
- Within Maharashtra: ~ 3 days
- All Metros other than Mumbai : ~ 3 days
- Rest of India: ~ 5 days
The above are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on our delivery partner(Delhivery). We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will help you track down a package through our courier partner Delhivery.
- Customer delight is paramount for us at BlackCarrot and we will therefore deliver all your ordered items in one go
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information
- In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfil the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same
- For any cancellations, we require an email within 15 minutes of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted.
- We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner(Delhivery). Once our courier partner delivers the parcel back to us, we will issue you a BlackCarrot store credit which can be used within 7 days without any limitations. A no show delivery charge of Rs.1000 or your bill value(whichever is lower) will however be subtracted from the store credit.
